Bio:

Dr. Daniel Barrera a native of Colombia, was raised in South Florida, where he obtained

his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology at the University of Central Florida.

He went on to completed his medical degree from Kansas CityUniversity of Medicine

and Biosciences and his General Surgery residency inLakewood, Colorado. 

Dr. Barrera has a special interest in the management of benign and malignant

diseases of the liver, pancreas, bile ducts and foregut. He underwent additional

fellowship training in Advanced Gastrointestinal Surgery and Hepato-Pancreato-

Biliary (HPB) Surgery at AdventHealth in Orlando, Florida.
